General terms of business:
• 50% of the whole amount has to be prepaid within 3 days after confirmation of the reservation, but not later than 14 days prior arrival.
• The total amount of the whole stay has to be paid on the day of arrival.
• Key deposit ˆ 60, - (refundable on departure day).
Cancelation terms:
a) In case of cancellation up to 14 days before the arrival the prepaid deposit is valid as a credit for a later stay within the next 365 days (from receiving of the written cancellation - by fax) accepted.
b) In case of cancellation within 14 days before the arrival the prepaid deposit is used only half of it like with the point a), the rest is not refundable.
c) In case of non-arrival the deposit is settled completely as a cancelation fee.
d) In case of former departure the price is not refunded by the rest stay.
